Meetings about Complaints to the OCO are by appointment only.

 If you are a child or young person who wants to make a complaint, you can arrange an appointment to come to the OCO Office or we can travel to your home or wherever feels comfortable for you.

 What you can expect from your visit: 

• We will meet you at a time and date that suits you
• We will treat you with courtesy and fairness and respect your privacy
• We will provide appropriate facilities for meetings, including an interpreter where needed.
