OCO Complaints Service offline temporarily from 7th March- 13th March, 2026

The OCO will not be taking complaints from the public for one week from Saturday, 7th March 2026 to Friday, 13th March 2026 while we upgrade our complaints management system.

This means you will not be able to submit a complaint form or make a complaint to the OCO by phone or email during this time.

Our normal complaint handling process will resume on 14th March, 2026.

We are making this scheduled upgrade to make our complaints service faster and more efficient.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and look forward to bringing you an improved user experience.

If you have a concern for the safety or welfare of a child, please contact Tusla and/or An Garda Síochána as these are the agencies responsible to handling Child Protection and Welfare concerns.

In an emergency, you should call 999/ 112 for immediate help.
