What does this mean?
The UNCRC talks about how children have the right to being alive and the best standard of living.

You need clean water as well as food and healthcare to survive.
You need clean water to drink and keep you healthy! You also need clean water to wash yourself in.
Sometimes there can be problems with the water system but the government should let you know and should fix this quickly.

Millie’s story
My mam got a letter in the post-box that says next week we can’t drink water from the tap. My mam is now filling up the bath with water before this happens, she says we will have to boil it in the kettle before we drink it!Mabel’s teacher spoke with TUSLA who helped her family, so Mabel’s life at home is better, and she feels safe every day, and this helps her enjoy her other rights.
