The Ombudsman for Children, Dr Niall Muldoon appeared before the Joint Oireachtas Committee on Children and Youth Affairs on World Children’s Day, Wednesday 20th November. He was invited to discuss the 30th anniversary of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and progress made on the Concluding Observations of the Committee on the Rights of the Child.
