OCO’s Protected Disclosures Annual Report 2025

In accordance with section 22 of the Protected Disclosures (Amendment) Act 2022, public bodies, prescribed persons and the Protected Disclosures Commissioner must issue a report on protected disclosures to the Minister of Public Expenditure and Reform. Section 22(5) of the Act requires that this information also be published on the organisation’s website.

This is the report of the Ombudsman for Children’s Office for the year ending 31^st December 2025. Please see link below.
