Ombudsman for Children’s Office Strategy 2011-2016

It is the Ombudsman for Children’s duty to use her unique combination of statutory functions to rebalance power so as children’s voices, rights and interests are respected in a challenging environment. This means that the Ombudsman for Children will initiate action to protect children’s rights in new and emerging areas as society changes in the future.
