In November 2020 the Ombudsman for Children\u2019s Office published its investigation into the care of Jack, an eight-year-old boy, who was first referred to the HSE Disability Services when he was 4 years old.<\/p>\n
Jack\u2019s Case: 2023 Update is our second follow up report into his case and we have found that Tusla has implemented all of our recommendations.
