In December 2018, the Data Protection Commission (DPC) launched a public consultation on the processing of children\u2019s personal data and the rights of children as data subjects under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).<\/p>\n

In January 2019, the DPC launched a second stream of this consultation, focused on facilitating children and young people to share their views on issues concerning their personal data and their rights as data subjects.<\/p>\n
