The OCO is an independent public body and as such is a sub-central contracting authority. This means that we comply with the relevant procurement thresholds and engage with the applicable frameworks under the OGP Public Procurement Guidelines.

All tenders above the national advertising threshold of €50,000 (exclusive of VAT) will be published on eTenders website as well as contract award information for all contracts over €25,000 (exclusive of VAT).
