Complaints from children and young people


 

The Ombudsman for Children's Office can take complaints directly from children and young people. If you think you may have been treated unfairly, you can make a complaint to the OCO against a range of organisations and services funded by government. This is a free service.

The OCO has worked with young people to find ways of making our complaints service easier to understand and to develop materials that explain clearly how we deal with complaints. These can be downloaded below.
